How to sell on Amazon?

Amazon has two ways of selling:

1. Vendor (Supplier)

In this mode you are the one who supplies Amazon’s demand, you will receive orders every day with a delivery window, and you will have to send the products directly to Amazon’s logistics centre. Let’s say you are the supplier, and for this you will need to have an extensive catalogue. It should be noted that to join this sales modality you have to obtain an invitation.

2. Seller

Within the seller you have the advantage that no invitation is required, so anyone with an online shop could sell their products on the Amazon marketplace. You will have to upload your product catalogue, synchronise prices and stocks, and SELL. Once you have managed to sell, the orders will enter your dashboard and from there you will be able to refer them to your trusted supplier. If you have stored your stock, you can also opt for the FBA (Fullfilment By Amazon) method, which consists of sending a quantity of products to Amazon’s logistics centre and they take care of all the logistics. You will only have to take care of selling the products.
